i already have extrated the fuse 11.. but nothing read...

Not all TDI PD can be read over OBD! Mostly you have to do it over VAG-Cable (directly on the ECU with cable)!

In the past I found a VW Golf 115 who was impossible the programmation by vag cable, it was different, it had 6 wires, not 4. I desolder the eprom and reprogramming it. Can you show us the bosch number 0281...?
